Cancellation Policy

At Burgertoys, cancellation requests are accepted only before an order is processed or dispatched.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Please provide your order number, name, and contact details when requesting cancellation.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
